Conklin’s Single-Ply Membrane Systems are made with premium thermoplastic membranes. During installation, membrane rolls are overlapped and welded together to form an exceptionally durable, waterproof, energy-efficient shield that will deliver unsurpassed protection for years to come.
Single-ply Membranes can be applied almost year-round. Typically, they add about two months to the end of the roofing season. Also Single ply Roof Membranes tend to be very weather resistant.
The cost associated with the material and installation can vary widely depending on roof conditions, attachment used and type of membrane being installed. A Single-Ply Membrane is easy to install and will not suffer major problems under the presence of chemical materials.
