We have an older three story building built in 1898 which had a poor roof resurfacing job done almost twenty years ago and was causing us a lot of problems. I really don’t know why everyone with a flat roof is not doing this! I have had asphalt and rubber roofs..leak leak leak! Lester applied this to my roof two years ago and not a leak! And he calls to check on me!!! If you have a leaky roof….GET Lester to do your roof.
